Inside Sales Representative

We’re looking to add an experienced inside sales rep to our team.

Labyrinth Learning is seeking an ambitious and talented Inside Sales Representative to partner with a Labyrinth Sales Consultant to sell our learning solutions to educators in community colleges, technical schools, k-12 schools and other education-minded organizations.

Job Description

We provide our customers with resources, implementation support and outstanding customer service. We work with thousands of educational institutions across the United States and Canada.

In this role you will sell Labyrinth’s learning solutions, engaging prospective customers, preparing and presenting online demonstrations of Labyrinth’s solutions, and manage the sales cycle from qualification to close for the opportunities you are pursuing. You are a confident communicator with excellent presentation and customer service skills and have the ability to persuasively present Labyrinth’s product offering. You’ll also work closely with marketing and product management to strategize on growth strategies and share customer needs & successes.

Responsibilities

·         Prospect, develop opportunities, document activities and close sales

·         Conduct online demos of Labyrinth’s interactive ebook and web-based assessment solution

·         Follow up on inquiries generated through existing web and marketing programs

·         Maintain detailed records of calls and other interactions within netsuite CRM

·         Collaborate with sales consultant to develop and execute sales strategies

·         Expand knowledge of industry as well as the competitive posture of the company

·         Assist in conveying customer needs to development colleagues

 

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree (may substitute 5 years relevant experience)

·         2+ years similar sales experience, preferably in education or technology

·         Exceptional track record of quota and goal achievement

·         Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere

·         Strong verbal / written communication skills

·         Ability to engage potential clients and communicate effectively via telephone and online meetings

·         Strong listening skills and ability to match Labyrinth offerings to meet needs

·         Willingness to share ideas openly and take direction from others

·         Experience with customer relationship management databases
